Throughout 2025, HRCap has invested in and heavily focused on developing an unprecedented, proprietary AI-powered Career Matching Solutions Platform, designed to streamline the talent exchange experience and maximize meaningful connections.
This platform successfully debuted on Thursday, December 4, 2025, through The Invitation: Korea Awaits Your Brilliance initiative (Career Connect in New York).
For New York exclusively, the Career Connect initiative has kicked off 10 days early by leveraging our AI Solutions Platform and launching the online career fair on December 4, building the momentum and meaningful exchanges prior to the in-person networking event on December 14 at Lotte Palace. From December 4 to December 14, the platform conducts continuous AI-powered pre-matching, ensuring participants can identify top-fit roles early, engage with organizations in advance, and enter the in-person event with pre-scheduled discussions.
On Tuesday, November 18, HRCap’s CMO, Stella H. Kim, attended the NJBIZ Empowering Women Award Ceremony as a 2025 honoree.
The ceremony recognized nearly 40 organizations across the state of New Jersey for demonstrating measurable progress in empowering women in the workforce and in the community.
HRCap was the only Korean and Asian minority-owned and women-led global organization that was recognized this year, especially as a second-time honoree.
We are especially proud of our Global Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Americas, Stella H. Kim, who represented HRCap at the event. Her recognition underscores HRCap’s leadership in championing women within our organization and across the clients and communities we serve.
