Our Founder, CEO & President, Andrew Sungsoo Kim, has been invited to speak at an upcoming online seminar on Thursday, December 11, at 9:30 AM ET, co-hosted by KOCHAM and KITA NY.

The Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the USA (KOCHAM) and the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) New York Office have asked CEO Andrew Kim to share expert insights on practical localization strategies for member companies operating in the U.S. market, given his unmatched global headhunting, business consulting advisory, and US-Korea cross-border talent solutions expertise.

As global supply chains continue to shift and AI transformation accelerates, CEO Kim will emphasize that Korean organizations expanding into the U.S. must move beyond survival and pursue sustainable growth through localization. He will address challenges such as talent acquisition, leadership, and cultural gaps, misaligned compensation systems, and the lack of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), which continue to hinder competitiveness and long-term success.

Drawing on 40 years of HR leadership experience, CEO Kim will introduce his proven 4-Stage Localization Model and share real-world success and failure cases at each stage. He will be covering the following key topics:

• Localization as a Necessity — The Survival Strategy for Korean Companies

• The Four Stages of Localization: Transition → System → Culture → Expansion

• Key Takeaways for U.S. Subsidiaries and Branches

• Navigating Changes and Risks in the U.S. Labor Environment

• Success Factors in Local Talent Recruitment, Compensation, and Development

• Building Local Leadership and Establishing Organizational Culture

• Strengthening Competitiveness through DEI and People-Centered Management

This seminar will provide executives and HR leaders of Korean and Korean-American companies in the U.S. with actionable strategies for achieving full local transformation, focusing on people-centered management, cultural alignment, and institutional development. Member participants will gain strategic insights on how to achieve both sustainable growth and global standardization, even amidst the era of AI transformation.

All KOCHAM members are welcome to register for this seminar through KOCHAM's December Seminar Registration Form to receive the Zoom link via email. Deadline to register will be Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 5 PM ET.

We hope this session will serve as a comprehensive localization guide and total HR solution for Korean-American companies seeking pathways to competitively thrive and sustainably grow in the U.S. market, and beyond.
