Published February 12, 2026 HRCap 김성수 회장의 레가시 노트 경영에서 물러난 날, 마음이 돌아온 자리. 나는 경영 일선에서 물러났다. 사람들은 이것을 내려놓음이라 말하지만, 내게는 되돌아옴에 가깝다. ‘회심’이라는 단어가 자꾸 마음에 남았다. 마음을 바꾼다는 뜻이 아니라, 마음이 원래 있어야 할 자리로 돌아간다는 말처럼 느껴졌다. 나는 오랫동안 하루를 성과로 증명해 왔다. 결정했고, 책임졌고, 결과를 만들었다. 그 시간들은 필요했고, 의미 있었다. 나는 더 이상 하루를 증명하지 않는다. 이제는 오늘 무엇을 이뤄야 하는가보다, 오늘 마음을 잃지 않고 살 수 있는가가 더 중요해졌다. 아침에 나는 묻는다. “오늘 내가 증명해야 할 것이 있는가?” 대답은 대부분 ‘아니오’다. 이미 충분히 살아왔다는 사실을 이제는 스스로에게 허락하기로 했다. 답을 주는
