2025 THE INVITATION: KOREA AWAITS YOUR BRILLIANCE

HRCap has successfully delivered “The Invitation: Korea Awaits Your Brilliance” (Career Connect New York 2025), a government-sponsored career development initiative that connected global STEM talent with leading Korean high-tech companies across AI, semiconductors, batteries, biotech, and robotics.
Through a combination of online and in-person programming, HRCap engaged over 250 registered participants in New York, resulting in 1,244 job applications and 1,846 mutual expressions of interest between candidates and employers. The AI-powered career matching process generated 455 matches, 272 interview requests, and 199 confirmed one-on-one meetings during the event.

2024 HRCAP NATIONAL CERTIFIED
STUDENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
HRCap launched our inaugural National Certified Student Ambassador Program to empower the next generation of recruiting and talent leaders. Through a competitive selection process, 7 students were chosen to complete structured recruiting training and earn HRCap certification, while gaining hands-on experience supporting peers through on-campus engagement and career development initiatives.
As part of this inaugural cohort, Next-Generation Leadership Scholar Ziyi Zhai shared a powerful essay reflecting on identity, leadership, and the impact of mentorship throughout the program. Her story highlights how the Student Ambassador experience fosters personal growth, professional confidence, and a deeper understanding of purpose-driven leadership.
