On Thursday, November 18, 2025, HRCap attended the 2025 NJBIZ Empowering Women Awards Ceremony at The Marigold in Somerset, New Jersey as a second-time honoree since 2023.
The ceremony recognized nearly 40 organizations across the state of New Jersey for demonstrating measurable progress in empowering women in the workforce and in the community. The independent judging criteria included recruitment, promotion, mentorship, systemic change, and community initiatives, and were notably much more stringent for repeat awardees required to demonstrate clear progress, significant advancement, and sustained impact over the years.
HRCap was the only Korean and Asian minority-owned and women-led global organization that was recognized this year, especially as a second-time honoree.
HRCap was honored to be included among such distinguished organizations, reinforcing the strength and impact of our ongoing commitment to gender equity, leadership development, and community impact. We are especially proud of our Global Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Americas, Stella H. Kim, who represented HRCap at the event. Her recognition underscores HRCap’s leadership in championing women within our organization and across the clients and communities we serve.

HRCap’s Strategic Commitment to Women’s Leadership
HRCap’s mission to build inclusive, equitable, and high-performing organizations is deeply connected to our commitment to women’s professional advancement. Our approach centers on:
Talent Development and Assessment – We provide comprehensive assessments, leadership programs, and succession planning to ensure women at HRCap and in our client organizations have clear pathways to growth.
Inclusive Recruitment and Promotion Practices – We prioritize equitable hiring practices internally and advise clients on embedding gender equity into their talent strategies to elevate and promote women into leadership positions.

Community Engagement and Advocacy – We actively engage with community organizations, contribute to DEI initiatives, and support underrepresented women, driving systemic change within and beyond our organization.
This year’s ceremony offered valuable insights for advancing women in the workplace. We learned effective strategies from fellow honorees, explored data-driven ways to measure progress, and identified meaningful partnership opportunities with nonprofits and DEI-focused groups. HRCap will continue partnering with women leaders by exploring new next-gen development programs that combine coaching, peer learning, and role-based experiences.
As HRCap celebrates our 25th anniversary, this award strengthens our resolve to expand impact across our organization and client network. Our priorities include:
Expanding assessment and leadership programs to further develop women in executive and board positions.
Strengthening mentorship pipelines to connect high-potential women with experienced mentors.
Deepening engagement in community-driven DEI initiatives, with focus on AAPI leadership and intersectional representation.
Measuring and scaling progress using rigorous data frameworks to ensure sustained accountability and results.
HRCap remains committed to empowering women, strengthening leadership, and shaping organizations that reflect our values of equity and purpose. We thank NJBIZ for hosting this meaningful event and congratulate all honorees whose work continues to inspire growth, excellence, and community transformation.
