After team feedback on careful research, we decided to donate to Dress for Success - Northern NJ, which empowers women with career development services, professional attire, and resources.

May Insight 1: Artificial Intelligence is changing the landscape of HR. HRCap observed all HR positions that currently leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning across all 50 U.S. states. Such booming positions include People Analytics, HR Chatbot Support, Talent Scientist, Talent Influencer, and Data Scientist.

Our map shows that the top 6 states with the highest recorded HR positions leveraging AI are California, Texas, New York, Florida, Illinois, and Washington; whereas the lowest 6 states are Wyoming, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Puerto Rico. While some states still have a lot of catching up to do in the AI Race in HR, the current data shows that all states are increasingly improving the integration of AI technologies and digital fluency skills into their workforce.

This confirms the rising importance of organizations to provide more opportunities to reskill and heighten their digital and AI capabilities so that they can stay ahead of digital transformation and win the war for talent.
