Though looks may be deceiving, clothes and appearances do play a huge role in first impressions, especially with prospective employers during an interview. However, for some candidates, this may be difficult given their financial hardships.
Therefore, in honor of Women’s History Month, we hosted a business professional clothing drive to provide for women in need. The drive was aimed at helping women who do not have access to professional attire for job interviews or professional settings. Given the sizable representation of women at HRCap, we were able to collect blazers, jackets, suits, dress pants, dresses, skirts, and skincare. With the variety of items that we received, we donated them to Dress for Success - Northern NJ.
