HRCap hosted the first of our 2024 online Public HR Seminar Series with an outstanding turnout of 75 client organizations and HR professionals. HRCap's SVP, Head of Americas, and CMO, Stella H. Kim, outlined the common recruiting challenges that companies face to win the war on talent. She also shared how employers can overcome these challenges with actionable insights and strategies. 

The seminar slides are now also available for the public to access.

In honor of Women's History Month, HRCap's Chief Marketing Officer Stella H. Kim wrote her third Korea Daily expert column of 2024 on how women employees face challenges in the workforce due to everlasting Glass Ceilings, Glass Cliffs, and Broken Rungs, which hinder both their career advancement and representation. She provides practical tips and advises that we must continuously empower, not save, women for a sustainable and equitable path forward.

March 2024 Insight: In honor of Women’s History Month, HRCap has run various campaigns and initiatives to highlight the progress of women in the workplace.

The January 2024 LinkedIn report on the top 25 fastest-growing roles in the U.S. not only revealed emerging opportunities in our evolving labor market, but also provided key insights on gender representation. HRCap has organized the top 25 fastest-growing roles to amplify the growing presence of women in increasingly significant roles. The data reveals that among these booming roles, the top 5 roles with the most women representation are: Infection Preventionist (83%), Influencer Marketing Manager (78%), Advanced Practice Provider (76%), External Communications Manager (75%), and Grants Program Manager (74%). This demonstrates that women are gaining recognition for managerial positions.

We encourage both employers and candidates to conduct market research to assess the current landscape of their respective fields. This will help discern which roles align best with their professional goals and skill sets.
