On Friday, December 17, 2021, HRCap resumed our U.S. Company-Wide Employee Workshop at our Headquarters Training Room. The main objective was to review our 2021 milestone achievements, to ideate on business expansion initiatives for 2022, and to simply celebrate the holiday season together.
As our business continues to expand in the local and global markets, not only will we be increasing company size by two-fold to serve our growing client base, but we will also be developing strategic business plans to move our organization forward and propel business development. Just as we demonstrated agility in adapting to the COVID-19 induced taskforce, we see ourselves acting as trailblazers in the HR & talent industry, setting a leading example for our clients businesses.
With our employees as our greatest assets, our mission is to always co-design and co-create. We believe that by engaging our employees early in setting business objectives and empowering them to take ownership of our corporate mission, we are best equipped to build a stronger future together.
After each Team Lead presented on their 2021 milestones and 2022 projections, we divided into our respective divisional teams to further reflect on our performance and co-ideate on how to grow our market, capabilities, and brand. Over 20 different project ideas have surfaced including the following:
Maintain ranking as best Korean-American search firm across all industries, markets, and functions | Double headcount for each team to not only focus on VVIP clients but also prospect new clients | Enter additional bilingual markets (Chinese, Japanese, Spanish) for greater market share | Widen business expansion beyond North America and Asia to Europe and Greater Asia Pacific |
Launch the Consortium Business given existing pool of industry advisors and subject expert | Build a robust global pool of Next-gen Executive Talent with greater networking and mentorships | Implement stricter candidate Soft Skills Screening parameters to assess integrity, character, fit | Drive total Digital Integration strategy into all business areas to enhance our client service operations |
Leverage 600K candidate and 1M historical interview data to conduct HR & Talent Intelligence | Activate skills in Predictive Analytics for more Proactive Recommendations to win War for Talent | Officially pilot then customize HRCap STAR Leadership Assessment Tool for each VVIP client | Apply Organizational Psychology theories for enhanced candidate screening and recruiting process |
Close more Turnkey HR Strategy Projects and Recruiting Process Outsourcing engagements | Commercialize current 360 Degree Multirater Feedback and Professional reference Checks | Continue Candidate Resume Writing, Executive Coaching, and Corporate Training programs | Enhance Comp & Benefits programs for higher comp, skills development, and work-life balance |
Drive Corporate Social Responsibility projects (mentorship, career coaching, seminars, give backs) | Invest in premium digital expertise for higher quality assets (How to Videos, Infographics) | Research and drive analysis of HR and recruiting trends with frequent White Paper & Blog Publications | Build the Social Recruiting Practice by driving engagement on new & existing social channels |
To end the workshop on a note of gratitude and spirits of festivity, we held a White Elephant Gift Exchange to foster company-wide fun. We were grateful to be able to come together as an entire organization to reflect together, celebrate the holiday, and simply unplug to network and socialize.
We are excited about what the New Year will bring and we will strive to live up to our mission of serving all our candidates and clients with the highest excellence and white-glove service experience.
