HRCap's Proprietary Data Powerhouse, ERP Version 3.0 officially launched on Monday, December 6, 2021. Two major components were the focus of the update to Version 3.0, aesthetics & user interface and internal processes. Additionally, the ERP database was also cleaned and mined to provide users with the most accurate talent data and meaningful recruiting analytics.

The first aspect of ERP upgrade was focused on the overall aesthetics and user interface of the system to enable the ease of usability for our employees. The second aspect of the ERP upgrade was streamlining all internal processes that keep track of all candidates, clients, and cases, in order to allow better data collection and a more efficient and accurate method of recording.

With ERP Version 3.0, HRCap is now equipped better to provide superior support and services to our clients and candidates. The more accurate information collected by the updated system will reduce the possibility of miscommunication by diminishing the amount of incorrect or outdated details. This will result in better communication and trust between all parties involved.

HRCap’s ERP system is continually evolving to incorporate the latest technology and adapt to the constantly changing recruiting space. Future updates planned include implementing machine learning that will analyze data and automate specific functions that will further enhance and upgrade the services that HRCap provides.

With the enhanced features, usability, and capabilities, HRCap is committed to leveraging our powerful talent database to partner with and service our clients and candidates as a Total HR Solutions Leader.
