We have officially launched our 6 HRCap MZ Generation Career Category Test, now available to the general public!
After synthesizing data from LinkedIn Inmail responses, candidate survey data, and candidate preferences and feedback, HRCap identified six unique career categories in our December 2023 white paper, “6 HRCap MZ Generation Career Categories.” These carefully curated categories have not only helped MZ Generational (MZ Gen) professionals identify their career motivations but also build greater self-awareness to manage their career development.
Many organizations and MZ Gen employees found our research illuminating to their own experiences, while business leaders and hiring managers were able to better empathize with their rising MZ Gen workforce.
Through a series of questions, much like a personality test, our MZ Gen Career Category Test will help employees gauge their Career Category to build greater self-awareness, connect with one another on shared values, better empathize with other peers from different categories, and gain prescriptive career advice on which types of organizations and career opportunities they would best thrive in to feel genuine fulfillment.
