2020 has been a difficult year for many, but HRCap has taken charge to turn such challenges into opportunities. We have committed to mark 2020 as our greatest milestone growth year. In light of our 20 year anniversary, just before the pandemic outbreak, HRCap moved into our new Corporate Headquarters Office.

The new HRCap HQ provides a more open, welcoming atmosphere that allows for greater collaboration, engagement, and productivity across all teams. Every detail, from the lightning to the set-up of workstations, has been deliberately designed to provide a more pleasant and safe workplace for our employees. We are excited to plan and host HR seminars, leadership training, and workshop sessions at the new conference room once it is determined safe to do so with complete social distancing measures.
In addition to the physical office migration, we have also upgraded and migrated many of our systems and processes to allow for greater digital transformation. Timely investment in new upgraded laptops, corporate cell phones, and secure online meeting platforms have allowed us to stay mobile, nimble, and effective throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been able to test the efficiency of our digital platforms, deepen our HR expertise, and become even more productive in the remote setting. Given our strengths in speed and accuracy, we have achieved and delivered even greater service excellence to all our clients and partners.
The first half of 2020 was filled with unprecedented challenges. Even during these difficult times, HRCap has never faltered or diminished in the quality of services. As we partner with our clients to define what the new business normal should look like, we will continue to invest in digital transformation to enhance our service offerings, and carefully plan workplace readiness strategies to safely transition back to our new HQ office.
