Significance of Global HR Forum
Global HR Forum was established in 2006 by the Korea Economic Daily, the Ministry of Education, and the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training.
Each year, the Forum brings together global leaders across business, technology, education, and workforce development to address major issues shaping talent, leadership, and the future of work.
Over the years, Global HR Forum has served as one of the world’s leading platforms for meaningful dialogue on human capital, organizational transformation, innovation, and education. This year’s Forum will once again convene distinguished speakers and practitioners to share insights on how AI is reshaping work, workforce strategy, and the broader talent landscape.
2026 Forum: “EVERYTHING AI, The Path to Sustainability”
The 21st Global HR Forum will take place at Grand Walkerhill Seoul from November 4–5, 2026 under the theme “EVERYTHING AI, The Path to Sustainability.”
This year’s program will explore how AI is reshaping the way people work, how organizations operate, and the capabilities leaders and workforces will need to navigate continued transformation.
Global leaders and experts will participate across keynote sessions, panel discussions, and special programs, including executives, researchers, academics, and industry leaders from organizations and institutions such as Boston Dynamics, MIT, Oxford, Microsoft, McKinsey & Company, LG AI Research, Amazon Web Services, IBM, Shinhan Financial Group, KAIST, and SK.

HRCap is proud to announce that our CEO & President, Stella H. Kim, SPHR, has been invited to speak at Global HR Forum 2026 as part of Session A-2, “Silicon Valley’s New Rules: How AI Agents Are Changing the Way We Work.”
This session will take place on November 5 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM and will be moderated by Jaegul Choo, Professor at the KAIST Kim Jaechul Graduate School of AI. Joining Stella will be Yucheol Kim of LG AI Research, Mark Lewis of Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Junhwan Kim of Shinhan Financial Group, bringing together perspectives across AI research, enterprise technology, financial services, and workforce intelligence.
The discussion comes as organizations move from using AI primarily as an individual productivity tool toward integrating AI agents directly into workflows. Companies must reconsider how jobs are structured, which capabilities become more valuable, how humans and AI work together, and how leaders prepare their organizations for continuous transformation.

Returning to the Global HR Forum Stage
The 2026 invitation also marks Stella’s return to the Global HR Forum stage four years after her first appearance in 2022.
Then HRCap’s Managing Director, Stella was invited to speak at a plenary session on “Equity and New Organizational Culture of Millennials and Generation Z.” Drawing from HRCap’s direct interactions with candidates and employers, she presented six unique MZ Generation career trends and expectations, examining how changing employee priorities were reshaping organizational culture, talent attraction, and retention.
In 2022, the discussion centered on how a new generation of talent was changing the workplace. This year, Stella returns to discuss how AI is changing the nature of work itself. Four years later, the workforce conversation has evolved significantly. The progression also reflects HRCap’s own evolution, from analyzing changing workforce expectations to building proprietary AI and advisory capabilities that help organizations navigate increasingly complex decisions around talent, capability, localization, and AI-enabled work.

Global HR Forum 2026 will take place on November 4–5, 2026 at Grand Walkerhill Seoul.
The Forum is free and open to the public, with advance registration available through October 28, 2026. On-site registration will not be available, so we encourage attendees to register in advance.
