Published by HRCap, Inc. on November 7, 2025

HRCap is proud to announce our official selection by KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) as a strategic U.S. talent partner for the upcoming 2025 Career Connect Fair, hosted across Silicon Valley (December 12), New York (December 14), and Austin (December 16).
KOTRA, a leading Korean government agency dedicated to promoting international trade and investment, is spearheading this initiative to connect global talent with Korea’s rapidly expanding high-tech ecosystem and to empower young professionals exploring career opportunities in Korea’s innovation-driven sectors.
The 2025 Career Connect welcomes Korean and non-Korean bilingual talent, including STEM students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals interested in building global careers in Korea’s high-tech sectors.
The Career Fair brings together around 30 participating companies, including leading industry pioneers and fast-growing tech innovators that represent Korea’s eight strategic industries: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Bio & Pharmaceuticals, Defense, Display, Robotics, Secondary Batteries, Semiconductors, and Shipbuilding. These global conglomerates and mid-sized companies are actively hiring for technical, R&D, and engineering roles across both Korea and the U.S., spanning fields such as data science, robotics design, semiconductor process engineering, bio and pharmaceutical research, defense systems, battery materials innovation, and more.
As the exclusive partner for Career Connect in New York, HRCap will oversee the selection and invitation of 200 high-potential young professionals to participate in the Sunday, December 14 event. Leveraging our AI-powered job matching platform and proprietary global talent database of over 12 million candidates, HRCap will enable precise and efficient job matching between participating companies and qualified candidates. Selected attendees will have the opportunity to directly meet hiring managers, learn about industry trends, and explore potential relocation opportunities supported through Korea’s K-Tech Pass visa program, a government initiative empowering skilled professionals to work at Korea’s leading high-tech companies and contribute to the nation’s technological advancement.
