HRCap CRM provides an at-a-glance look at the status of all cases and automatically suggests qualified best-fit candidates that may be of strong interest to our clients. Many recent and future college graduates may have to settle for internship opportunities instead of full-time entry-level positions after earning their degrees. With the entry-level job market looking dim and employers wanting to get the most bang for their buck, it is no surprise that hiring interns has started to take precedence over expanding entry-level staff across the organization.
