On Thursday, September 25, 2025, the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) will be hosting a 2-hour HR Seminar in Seoul on Localization Strategies & Total HR Solutions for Korean Companies in the United States.

This seminar comes as an urgent response to the Georgia incident and the rising uncertainty facing Korean companies seeking to enter, sustain, or expand their U.S. operations. As more Korean companies establish factories and subsidiaries in the U.S., sophisticated local HR strategies will become a decisive factor in determining utmost compliance, organizational sustainability, and corporate competitiveness.

HRCap's Founder, CEO & President, Andrew Sungsoo Kim, has been invited to deliver his leading global HR expertise, localized U.S. market insights, and future-proofed business recommendations, alongside Park Il-jun, Executive Vice Chairman of KCCI, and various officials from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

The seminar will be showcased into two main sessions. Session 1 will address building HR governance and managing labor risks in U.S. market entry. As Korean companies accelerate global expansion, rising challenges around visas, labor, and compliance have rendered traditional reliance on dispatched employees unsustainable. HRCap will present localization-based HR governance strategies that mitigate these risks and drive long-term growth, from navigating visa and compliance issues to securing and developing local talent.

Session 2 will focus on building localization-driven HR systems for U.S. market success. While the U.S. remains a critical strategic hub, local labor laws, immigration rules, compensation systems, and cultural differences pose complex barriers. Leveraging global HR expertise and a U.S. partner network, HRCap delivers comprehensive localization solutions that go beyond recruitment to encompass HR systems, culture, and employer branding. This session will offer practical strategies and a proven framework for building sustainable, localization-based HR infrastructures.

The seminar is open to the public with advance registration. Interested attendees can view the event details below and register via the link https://event.korcham.net/onlineWeb/form/2081.do.
