HRCap CEO Named 2022 NJBIZ ICON Honoree (Issue #156)

HRCap attended 2022 NJBIZ ICON Honors Award Program at The Palace at Somerset Park. NJBIZ recognized and awarded 41 honorees who are pioneering business leaders over the age of 60 that have made significant contributions to the state of New Jersey.

On June 30, 2022, Assembly Member Ellen J. Park of the New Jersey 37th legislative district, awarded CEO Kim with a State Citation for receiving the 2022 NJBIZ ICON Honor Award.

The NJBIZ ICON Honors is a highly selective award. Top newspaper and major South Korean media have covered HRCap CEO Kim’s iconic recognition. CEO Kim is the first Korean-American and one of the very few Asians to receive the ICON Honors Award, which is an important milestone that will open doors for the greater Asian-American community.

Our "Leadership Table Talk" was introduced to share the insights of our CEO & President, Andrew Sungsoo Kim, a 2022 NJBIZ ICON Honoree.

The First Leadership Table Talk focuses on his passion, purpose, and motivation. He also elaborates on HRCap's beginning, challenges, and learnings. The Second Leadership Table Talk emphasizes on the importance of mentorship and how it is one of his core leadership philosophies. He shares his own experience of being mentored and actively mentoring throughout his career.
