STUDENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
We are officially launching our National Certified Student Ambassador Program for the 2023-2024 School Year.
Student Ambassadors will serve as leaders who represent our brand and mission on campus and online. They will be the crucial bridge between HRCap and their campus peers through critical training, ongoing coaching, and immersive on-campus engagement. Student Ambassadors will be carefully selected based on relevant skills, genuine interest in Recruiting, leadership characteristics, and core values that embody our HRCap Brand.
We invite all those interested in kickstarting their career as a HR Professional or Recruiter to apply. Upon selection, our Student Ambassadors will first undergo our Online Recruiting Certification Program, then be given the tools as ‘Recruiters in Training’ to coach other students at their respective schools on applying to jobs, reviewing resumes, and practicing interviews. They will also be personally mentored by HRCap Recruiters in their job search and career development throughout the program and beyond.
Applications will officially open on Monday, October 2, 2023 at 12:00PM ET, and close on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 11:59PM ET. Admissions will be rolling so we urge students to apply ASAP.
