In today’s increasingly digitized world, stakeholder trust has become a critical differentiator for organizations navigating the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence.
As technology evolves faster than governance can adapt, businesses are being called to lead with transparency, integrity, and a distinctly human approach. The 2024 Edelman Trust Barometer shows that 79% of employees expect CEOs to be visible on important societal issues, including the implications of automation and AI on the workforce.
On July 14, 2025, Forbes featured HRCap’s Head of Americas and Chief Marketing Officer, Stella H. Kim, as the first spotlighted expert in the Forbes HR Council Expert Panel article 17 Ways To Build Stakeholder Trust In The Age Of AI And Information Overload. The Expert Panel gathered strategic insights from Forbes HR Council Members who are leading HR experts across industries and offered actionable tips on earning trust amid digital complexity and information saturation.
Stella’s featured contribution emphasized that the most trusted organizations in the AI era will be those that remain deeply human in their communication and leadership:
“As AI accelerates, the organizations that earn trust will be those that remain deeply human. Trust is built through communication that explains what AI does, why it matters, who remains accountable and how decisions are made. The most credible leaders communicate with precision, lead with purpose and foster trust through every interaction. Stakeholders are drawn to that clarity and conviction.”

As AI tools are adopted more widely across industries, trust will not be sustained by efficiency alone but by intentional leadership that explains the why behind each decision. A 2024 IBM study found that 61% of CEOs are pushing generative AI adoption more quickly than some employees feel comfortable with, and just 23% of CMOs say their workforce is adequately prepared for the cultural and operational shifts this brings. These gaps highlight the urgent need for transparent communication and shared accountability.
At HRCap, we believe trust begins with purpose. We echo our CMO’s view that organizations must proactively demystify AI and prioritize communication that clarifies intent, safeguards human oversight, and aligns with company values. Human-centric messaging, grounded in clarity and purpose, becomes the strategic bridge between innovation and inclusion.
Forbes featured Stella alongside other esteemed HR leaders such as Simon De Baene (Workleap), Amy Cappellanti-Wolf, Dayforce), and Caitlin MacGregor (Plum). Each offered insights on building trust through cultural intelligence, ethical AI practices, and psychologically safe environments. Collectively, the article underscored the urgent need for tech-powered organizations to remain people-centered and values-driven even as they embrace AI transformation.
This is one of several Forbes publications showcasing Stella’s thought leadership. Her previous contributions have explored key HR strategies and industry insights, including:
As a future-focused firm, HRCap remains committed to advancing thought leadership that integrates AI transformation with human accountability. We are proud to see our very own CMO consistently recognized as a leading voice shaping the future of work and leadership in the AI era.
