Published April 28, 2022

Overview & Mission

In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, HRCap is starting our first-ever scholarship essay program for college, graduate school, and Ph.D. students! Only currently enrolled students, who are US Citizens or Permanent residents, and those who either self-identify as Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) OR are are taking Asian American studies or a language course will qualify and will be considered.

Through this scholarship, HRCap's mission is to identify and empower student leaders that embody HRCap's core values. We will be looking for key HRCap Success DNAs in each applicant by reviewing their resume (what we do best!) and reading their essays (what we also do extremely well in!).

The Top 6 students will receive scholarship awards: 1 gold award of $1,500, 2 silver awards of $1,000, and 3 bronze awards of $500 each. Top 25 finalists will also be selected to receive 1:1 resume review and career mentorship by our amazing team of recruiters, resume writing experts, and career coaches.

By providing financial awards, endorsing acknowledgment, and creating mentorship opportunities, HRCap hopes to identify, spotlight, reward, and further empower our next generation of leaders.
