HRCap is proud to announce that our Chief Executive Officer & President, Stella H. Kim, SPHR has been named a 2026 Stevie® Awards Finalist in the Social Change Maker of the Year category in the 23rd annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business are among the world’s premier business awards recognizing women entrepreneurs, executives, employees, and the organizations they lead. The 2026 awards recognize achievements across multiple categories, with finalists from organizations and individuals around the world.
The Social Change Maker of the Year category recognizes the achievements of women who provided support and assistance to women in their communities and for work done to advance diversity and inclusion in business and the community. This marks Stella’s second recognition as a Stevie Awards finalist in the category, following her previous Social Change Maker of the Year Finalist recognition in 2022.
That same year, HRCap’s leadership received separate Stevie recognition when Founder & Chairman Andrew Sungsoo Kim earned a Gold Stevie® Award in the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, reflecting the firm’s broader commitment to people-centered leadership, professional development, and workplace impact.
More than 200 professionals worldwide have participated in the 2026 judging process across seven specialized judging committees, with Gold, Silver, and Bronze placements determined by the judges’ average scores.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Grand winner awards will be presented to finalists at the 2026 awards banquet will take place on November 16 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
