Q. Is the registration free?

Yes. Registration for 2026 GO ACE participating hiring organizations is free. We are offering free basic registration so early participating hiring organizations can experience the platform without any cost burden.


Q. Are job postings also free?

Yes. Basic participating hiring organizations may post 2 job openings for free. After registration, hiring organizations can upload 2 positions, which will be visible to global talent on the GO ACE platform.


Q. If we hire a candidate, is there a success fee at all?

No. Even if you hire a candidate connected through the GO ACE platform, there is no separate placement fee or success fee. GO ACE is not an individual Executive Search agreement with HRCap. It is an AI-powered hiring and matching platform designed to help hiring organizations and global talent connect directly.


Q. I don't understand. Why is it free?

GO ACE is HRCap’s strategic launch program designed to create more opportunities for both hiring organizations and talent. Hiring organizations can showcase their opportunities to global talent without cost, while candidates can discover HRCap’s client and partner organizations. Through GO ACE, HRCap aims to efficiently support broader hiring needs through an AI-powered platform, while continuing to focus on strategic executive search, critical talent acquisition, HR consulting, localization advisory, and platform business growth.


Q. Does registration require us to officially hire job seekers?

No. Registering for GO ACE does not create any hiring obligation. Hiring organizations may post openings, review applicants and matched candidates, and make hiring decisions based on their own internal criteria.


Q. What types of candidates will GO ACE be promoted to?

GO ACE will be promoted to professional talent seeking global career opportunities, bilingual talent, candidates interested in U.S. and international employment, talent interested in Korean and global organizations, and industry-specific professionals. HRCap will continue expanding candidate inflow through its proprietary ERP database, global network, partner organizations, communities, university and professional talent pools, and digital channels.


Q. Can foreign companies or Korean headquarters participate?

Yes, of course. GO ACE is open to all hiring organizations seeking to hire talent across the U.S., Korea, Asia, and global markets. It is especially well-suited for organizations seeking U.S. local hiring, global talent acquisition, bilingual talent, and talent connectivity between Korean headquarters and overseas entities.


Q. What do we need to prepare?

After hiring organization registration, you can upload your job postings. If you already have a JD, you may upload it as-is. If the JD is not yet finalized, CAP AI JD Editor can help refine it into a more structured job posting.


Q. What types of positions are most effective to post?

GO ACE is effective for a wide range of roles that can be broadly promoted to global talent, including general hiring, junior to mid-level professional roles, management roles, operations, sales, marketing, HR, accounting, logistics, IT Support, Admin, Customer Support, and more. For executive-level roles or positions requiring direct targeting of key competitor talent, HRCap’s Executive Search service may be more appropriate.


Q. Can we post additional job openings?

Yes. If you need to post additional openings beyond the basic free postings, you may register more positions through paid Premium options or sponsorship participation. For hiring organizations looking to promote multiple positions at once or strengthen employer brand visibility, we recommend Legacy+, Magnetism+, or Connection+ sponsorship participation.


Q. What is different about participating as a Sponsor?

Sponsor hiring organizations receive additional benefits such as more job postings, priority visibility on the platform, hiring organization logo and link placement, employer branding exposure, expanded targeted talent inflow, and additional visibility through HRCap’s network. If you would like to test 1 to 2 positions, free basic participation is a strong fit. If you have multiple hiring needs, active employer branding goals, or need HRCap’s consulting and advisory package, Sponsor participation may be more effective.


Q. Can we request additional hiring support while using the platform?

Yes. If you need additional support such as targeted candidate outreach, competitor talent search, executive-level confidential search, in-depth candidate vetting, compensation negotiation, or offer closing support, HRCap’s Executive Search or HR Advisory services can be discussed separately.


Q. Why should we register now?

Because this is the free launch benefit period. Hiring organizations and job postings registered before the platform reveal will be prioritized for candidate-facing promotion and matching preparation. By registering in advance, you can prepare your positions before the official event period and gain faster visibility among global talent.
