Written by HRCap, Inc.

June 30, 2023

Throughout our HRCap Anniversary month of June, we have hosted many events to celebrate our accomplishments, engage our partners, and give back to our communities.

Celebrations

During the month of June, we celebrated HRCap’s 23rd Anniversary both in the U.S. Headquarters in NJ and APAC Headquarters in Seoul. We had various corporate workshops to strengthen team performance, employee engagement, and corporate branding. Andrew Sungsoo Kim, the Founder, President, and CEO of HRCap, also hosted an executive meeting with over 30 clients and media partners to speak on the ongoing vision of HRCap and his thought leadership on HR trends.

In light of our anniversary, our teams took a moment to look back on the past year at HRCap and shared reflections on HRCap's transformation so far and how they plan to continue to add value:

"Celebrating HRCap's 23rd Anniversary with the whole team was a huge honor. I'm happy to be part of an organization that promotes growth and helps the community and others in a positive manner. I plan to add value at HRCap by continuing to close more cases, work efficiently, meet important deadlines, and drive ICs. Also, I would like to constantly support my team members when needed, and help HRCap grow even more successful by supporting and promoting the social media content."

"HRCap has not only been named Top 10 Executive Search Firm for 2 years in a row but also has been named Top 10 HR Company in APAC for 2023. I believe that these astounding results demonstrate that HRCap’s capabilities in talent acquisition and HR consulting have a competitive advantage and have been recognized by the global headhunting market. As a member of the Korea office team, I will do my best to add value to HRCap’s achievements and reputation. I will develop insights about the industry and market, and continue to develop my skills in negotiation and persuasion."

"This marks my 3rd anniversary with the company. In that short amount of time, HRCap’s brand image continued to grow and evolve. In order to add value as a member of HRCap, I believe I can do so by imprinting to our clients and candidates that we are recruiting professionals. I will learn more about the company, the position, and the job market to prove that HRCap is not settling for the present and will continue to develop."

"HRCap has transformed greatly over the past few years. I have seen HRCap grow to its biggest yet and have seen it expand digitally. I plan to continue providing support and insight to greater expand HRCap's influence and services."

"The transformation that we've been going through has been very positive, especially content-wise. We've been pushing out more variety of content lately, and I can see that the support for content has been growing too. I plan to add value by enhancing my skills and applying them to our content-making to further enhance the quality."

"It's impressive that HRCap has 23 years of strong history in the industry and is still going strong. I wish to contribute to HRCap by bringing in new perspectives and ideas that can improve the sourcing and hiring process."
