[HRCap Company Highlight] Learning to Reflect Forward for a Greater HRCap 2022 Review of our December HRCap Company-Wide Employee Workshop On Friday, December 17, 2021, HRCap resumed our U.S. Company-Wide Employee Workshop at our Headquarters Training Room. The main objective was to review our 2021 milestone achievements, to ideate on business expansion initiatives for 2022, and to simply celebrate the holiday season together. With our employees as our greatest assets, our mission is to always co-design and co-create. We believe that by engaging our employees early in setting business objectives and empowering them to take ownership of our corporate mission, we are best equipped to build a stronger future together. After each Team Lead presented on their 2021 milestones and 2022 projections, we divided into our respective divisional teams to further reflect on our performance and co-ideate on how to grow our market, capabilities, and brand – thereby coming up with 20+ project ideas to tackle and focus on next year!
