The Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRDK) is a South Korean government organization under the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) founded in 1982. HRDK is known as the “Korean Vocational Training and Management Agency” with the vision to become the No.1 HRD partner in improving competency for life-long employment. They continuously provide services in competency development, national and overseas employment support, international cooperation, and skills development.



About the HRD Conference


Since 2007, HRDK has launched and hosted the largest annual HR Development Conference to celebrate “Vocational Ability Month”. Fully sponsored by the MOEL, the conference invites Business executives and HR leaders across corporations, universities, government, and public institutions to network, discuss, and redefine the future of our workforce.


The HRD Conference identifies and invites high-profile industry experts to speak on evolving digital HR trends, the ever-changing labor market, employee experiences, successful case studies from leading organizations, and other critical HR topics of growing interest.


This year’s HRD Conference will be held in Seoul COEX Grand Ballroom, both online and virtually from September 15 to September 16, 2022. HRCap’s Managing Director Stella H.
