Collecting Information

HRCap uses it’s company database, which candidates may register themselves into, and other online databases to find your resumes. We do NOT use or endorse the renting, buying, selling, or sharing of private information by outside parties.

What information does HRCap collect?

HRCap only collects information that is necessary to help you find a job. This data consists of:

1) Your name
2) Address
3) E-mail address and phone number
4) Employment history

Confidentiality of personal information

HRCap does not disclose any personal information such as e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and resumes, to third parties without receiving consent from the candidate. Upon receiving consent, HRCap will share limited information with our trusted clients during the hiring process. While we make every effort to keep your information confidential, there may be times when your personal information may have to be disclosed when a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process requests it. In an event where this occurs, HRCap will notify you first before sharing your information. Other than these rare cases, HRCap will NOT share your personal information with any outside party in any way, shape, or form unless the candidate requests it.

HRCap does not track your IP address or use cookies to monitor your computer. All of the information in our company database is information provided to us by candidates. This information is only accessible by our staff members at HRCap and will not be shared with any outside parties.

What we do with your information

HRCap uses your information to assist you in finding the right job for you. We may contact you from time to time when new positions fitting your background become available, check to see how you are faring at your new job, or just to touch base. HRCap will not use your personal information for any other purposes.

Protecting your information

The security of your personal information is very important to us. Access to our database is only available to our staff members through our secure servers. Outside parties, including our clients, do not have access to our databases. HRCap appreciates the trust and confidence that our candidates place in our company.
