Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Position consists of being an account manager/executive in daily activities utilizing excellent communication, organizational, & team work skills
  • Coordinate all sales accounts, sales operations, and marketing plans
  • Managing project details (project flow, time management and budget) and maintaining detailed client files.
  • Master and maintain vast knowledge of clients' business, competition, latest industry news and trends.
  • Monitor client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Participate in Pricing with various clients with type of customized products/orders the client desires
  • Direct communication with buyers of large corporations
  • Maintain existing client accounts
  • Open new accounts in both North American and South American industry markets
  • Attend Trade Shows (25%)

    Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and Detail oriented with Organizational skills
  • Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team work
