Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Administrative tasks and vendor-client management
  • Communication with operating divisions trying to promptly get back to the client/customer with a response
  • Enter data, order processing, invoice / follow-up calls and documents.
  • Overall customer service.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Great oral and written communication level
  • Seeking candidate who is Attentive, Detailed, Responsible Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
  • Prior experience in client based customer service preferred
  • Bilingual in Korean/English
