Job Description
|
Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks and vendor-client management
Communication with operating divisions trying to promptly get back to the client/customer with a response
Enter data, order processing, invoice / follow-up calls and documents.
Overall customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Great oral and written communication level
Seeking candidate who is Attentive, Detailed, Responsible Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Prior experience in client based customer service preferred
Bilingual in Korean/English
