Job Description
|
Responsibilities
perform a variety of administrative, clerical and accounting duties necessary to run an organization efficiently
Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
Manage projects and conduct research
Disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, Web sites, and e-mail
Handle travel and guest arrangements
Create spreadsheets, compose correspondence, manage databases, and create presentations, reports, and documents using desktop publishing software and digital graphics
Negotiate with vendors, maintain and examine leased equipment, purchase supplies, manage areas such as stockrooms or corporate libraries, and retrieve data from various sources
Support executive staff
Record all transactions and post debits (costs) and credits (income)
produce financial statements and prepare reports and summaries for supervisors and managers
Prepare bank deposits by compiling data from cashiers, verifying and balancing receipts, and sending cash, checks, or other forms of payment to the bank
Make purchases, prepare invoices, and keep track of overdue accounts
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of asset management industry
Bilingual in Korean and English
Use a variety of office equipment, such as fax machines, photocopiers, scanners, and videoconferencing and telephone systems
Prefer min 1yr or more prior experience in financial industry
