Job Description
  • Coordinates the division's regularly scheduled office work infrastructure meetings
  • Plan and implement work infrastructure improvement projects
  • Non NJ office facility management; construction, budgeting/scheduling, payment, vendor mgmt, internal renovation, monitor facility spending trends, regular visiting & follow up issues
  • Regular review and evaluate the office space plan to meet the division’s needs
  • Building management services coordination, expense allocation, supplies invoice processing
  • Courier Service account management, invoice procession
