Job Description
Responsibilities:

25%, Monthly Profit and Loss Analysis

  • Coordinate and adjust Production report, Factory overhead report, and Labor report.
  • Verify Production data and sort out advance productions.
  • Verify Factory overhead data.
  • Allocate overhead costs to each production item (D/C, V/T, C/C, A/T).
  • Verify labor data and measure labor contributions.
  • Input and allocate General Expenses to each production item.
  • Monitor Sales information in ERP system.
  • Analyze General Expenses increment factors.
  • Analyze and allocate Interest Expenses.
  • Analyze Warranty Expenses.
  • Perform Inventory of Finished Goods Reconciliation report : This account reflects all factory costs associated with the units of product completed but not yet sold.
  • Perform monthly income statement, year to date income statement and balance sheet.
  • Perform Non-operating expense allocation report.
  • Perform monthly depreciation allocation report by main products.
  • Perform monthly Sales report (Actual invoiced amount by product).
  • Prepare monthly cost of goods manufactured report.


    15%, SAP business data analysis and development

  • Monitor business flow
    -sales data (invoice), BOM, purchase order, cost center, G/L accounts, production orders, material master, invoice verifications, and budgeting PO. Etc.
  • Analyze and notify errors to data owners.
  • Monitor the SAP CO-PA module in ERP system.
  • Advise the moving average price in ERP system.
  • Analyze inventory data in ERP system.
  • Monitor and maintain SAP FI & CO module in ERP system.


    15% Budgeting report preparation and analysis

  • Prepare next year¡¯s budget figures with departments¡¯ head.
  • Coordinate the final budget report¡¯s figures including MRO budget with a chief financial officer.
  • Release the final figures under CEO¡¯s approval and updates the final figures in ERP system.
  • Communicate with budget administrators regarding of inter-departmental matter


    20%, Estimated Cost Analysis

  • Update allocation method.
  • Update depreciation method.
  • Update variable and fixed ratios.
  • Update all necessary information for all products and types.
  • Add new items and discontinued items.
  • Assemble and analyze the collected data on the worksheet by showing actual status, per unit status and simulated status.
  • Verify and compare between previous product costing result and current result including BOMs.
  • Analyze the moving average price¡¯s increment or decrement including correction of moving average price.
  • Monitor the moving average price in ERP system.
  • Analyze each product¡¯s standard cost for materials and subcontracting fee.
  • Mark and release product costing result by product for every month.
  • Perform Man Hour : The purpose of this function is to have a thorough grasp of the loss of Man Hour and consider employees¡¯ working motivations and productivity.


    10%, Year-End closing

  • Prepare the manufacturing cost analysis for a whole year.
  • Prepare the auditor¡¯s detailed lead sheet.
  • Complete the consolidated BS&PL as a whole.
  • Coordinate the audit performance by external auditor.


    10%, Product cost analysis

  • Verify the production schedule confirmation
  • Perform the product cost run for following month.
  • Perform the error debugging process in ERP system with other related departments.
  • Analyze material & fabrication fee with likely sales price for each items.
  • Perform the mark and release procedure after confirmation.


    5%, Industry Analysis and Costing method development.

  • Track, collect and file industry news.
  • Monitor and analyze industry behaviors based on economic conditions.
  • Self education especially related to SAP system.


    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related experience
  • 5 - 7yrs of related experience
  • H1B transfer is acceptable
  • Willing to work at Mexico office
