Job Description
|
Responsibilities:
Managing project details (project flow, time management and budget) and maintaining detailed client files
Master and maintain vast knowledge of clients' business, competition, latest industry news and trends
Monitor client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness
Position consists of being an account manager/executive in daily activities utilizing excellent communication, organizational, & team work skills
Monitor client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.
Participate in Pricing with various clients with type of customized products/orders the client desires
Direct communication with buyers of large corporations
Maintain existing client accounts
Import/export Management /Coordinate all shipments from factory to port, port to local transport, local transport to warehouse and warehouse to customer
Fulfillment Activity (Ensure that all orders are of correct item and quantity)
Transportation Management (Constantly analyze that order are going to arrive on time and the seasonal supplies are available in warehouses for demand and shipment)
3PL Warehouse Management
Customer Support (Heavy customer service for all products, shipment defects, arrival time, order change)
Returns Management (handle and communicate with local delivery lines on return of products, destination of defect products and replacement/ credit accountability)
Internal / External Relationship Management.
Vendor Management
Generate sales/revenue reports
Requirements:
BS/BA degree minimum
1-3 years of sales, logistics, or operation experience
Fluent in Korean (read, write)
Willing to work overtime at times
Great teamwork skill
