Job Description
|
Responsibilities
Prepare travel arrangements, arrange meetings, and manage the President's calender
Complete expense reports
Responsible for tracking correspondence and messages
Assist in the preparing of presentations
Compose letters and memos and assist in reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Fluency in English and Korean mandatory
3+ years of previous experience in providing support for senior management
Ability to multi-task and handle assignments with minimal supervision
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
