Job Description
|
Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations in the Executive office.
Represent the President & CEO to businesses, internal employees and other agencies at the request of the President & CEO.
Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents as necessary.
Research, analyze and report on routine administrative projects for the President & CEO.
Receive and distribute incoming mail; review and evaluate mail to identify those items requiring priority attention of the President & CEO.
Process payment of invoices for all related expenses to the Executive Office.
Report monthly budget of all sub-departments under President & CEO to HQs.
Receive and screen communications to the President & CEO including telephone calls and e-mail messages, and provide assistance using independent judgment to determine those requiring priority attention; prioritize, channel, and facilitate communication from department heads, department coordinators, customers and clients. Independently respond to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature. Perform translations as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the President & CEO; maintain hourly appointment schedules and calendars: arrange meetings and conference as needed.
Maintain all office operations while continuously improving administrative processes to drive exceptional results in deliverables.
Correspond and communicate frequently in a sensitive and confidential nature, while exercising judgment and discretion.
