Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Manage project from start to finish with Business unit (IT strategy, planning, budgeting and administering) of projects
  • Communicate with business units on clearly defining their IT needs. Continuously communicate with business units on timetables, project costs and recommend action to maximize efficiency.
  • Travel to various business units to assist in defining project and coordinating timelines
  • Incubate US best practice to S. America
  • Business analysis
  • System/biz process analysis
  • ERP understanding
  • Liaison between business user / clients and the technical teams
  • Gather the user requirement and translate them into technical requirements
  • Define systems scope and objective through research and fact finding
  • Project planning and management
  • Business process analysis and design
  • Map current business processes to new and existing systems or service, determine and resolve any gaps which may affect business process.
  • Legacy System support in Oracle ERP for over 10 business facilities in North and South America.
  • System consulting for each branches
  • Innovate business processes




    Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
  • 5 years related work experience
  • Ability to understand complex supply chain management process
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skill
  • Spanish language a plus
