Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Performs a variety of administrative functions.
  • Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
  • Tax report, Acconting
  • Logistics
  • Arrangements of meetings with the US governmental agencies, firms, companies and investors
  • Preparing presentation materials
  • Assisting with expatriates settlement
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Works under general supervision.

    Requirements:
  • Biligual (Korean & English)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have valid Drive's License
  • Must be fluent in Korean and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to communicate verbally over the telephone.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates.
