Job Description
|
Responsibilities
Performs a variety of administrative functions.
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
Tax report, Acconting
Logistics
Arrangements of meetings with the US governmental agencies, firms, companies and investors
Preparing presentation materials
Assisting with expatriates settlement
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Works under general supervision.
Requirements:
Biligual (Korean & English)
Bachelor's Degree
Must have valid Drive's License
Must be fluent in Korean and English
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Must possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to communicate verbally over the telephone.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates.
