United States within the next couple of years. Since 2000,
HRCap's consultants have specialized in providing companies
with bilingual candidates. The success that HRCap has had in
recent years has led to an expansion of its services. Currently
HRCap is in the process of expanding its client base to include
all industries, such as finance, electronics, chemicals, fashion,
and pharmaceuticals. I am pleased to see the contributions that
HRCap has made to our society and I will strive to make HRCap
the principal staffing firm in the world.

II. Who are we?
HRCap, Inc., is the largest Global Korean-American Executive Search Firm
in the United States, founded by Andrew Kim. In 2000, we opened our doors
in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and became the primary source of recruiting.
We have guided many top U.S. Corporations to provide and consult best
practices in the area of Human Resources. The recruiters and consultants
at HRCap, have over 10 years of combined experience in the Human Resource
Industry. Our professionals have been helping clients effectively maximize
the productivity of their workforce through a wide array of offline
recruiting services and online career networks.
Now a well-established recruiting firm, HRCap's consultants have established
a company database with information and resumes of over 400,000 candidates
living across the nation. This includes 60,000 Korean American candidates,
which makes HRCap the primary choice for corporations to find the best
bilingual candidate quickly and efficiently.
The success that HRCap had in providing global companies with highly qualified
candidates, led to recognition by many companies and they chose to use
HRCap's services in their search for bilingual candidates. Since its humble
beginnings in 2000, HRCap has successfully serviced and led to the hiring of
more than 2000 candidates for its clients.
The Korean Ministry of Knowledge Economy recognized HRCap as the leading
Recruiting Firm in the U.S., awarding HRCap for its accomplishment in 2005.
Also the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce awarded HRCap with
a Top 10 Asian American Business award in 2010.
